The condo I had purchased was listed right before the Fourth of July and he was wonderful enough to take time during the Fourth of July to see the condo with me. We were able to close on the property by the end of that day even though the seller was expecting 2 other offers. Even during the home inspection when the home inspector accidentally broke the stove of the home, Paul handled all the insurance and finding the handy man to fix the stove so I did not need to take care of it.
