I cannot speak highly enough about his communication skills; he usually responds to important emails within the hour. The condo I had purchased was listed right before the Fourth of July and he was wonderful enough to take time during the Fourth of July to see the condo with me. We were able to close on the property by the end of that day even though the seller was expecting 2 other offers. Even during the home inspection when the home inspector accidentally broke the stove of the home, Paul handled all the insurance and finding the handy man to fix the stove so I did not need to take care of it. We live in Georgia and bought a second home in Philadelphia, close to Logan Square, in January 2024. I could not have imagined how smooth the process would be, all thanks to Paul. Paul took care of everything — including many things I had no idea about — starting with a remote video tour (so we could “tour” the home on a Sunday afternoon from Georgia, with Paul walking through the home).
